Purchases & QuickBooks License Terms
These terms apply only to QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus license purchases; see the Cancellation & Refund Policy below for bookkeeping session-specific rules.
We facilitate the sale of QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus licenses through our authorized reseller, KEYSEMPIRE LLC. Devs Creative Studio, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles the transaction process, while KEYSEMPIRE LLC is responsible for license fulfillment and activation support.
Payment Terms (QuickBooks License)
- All license purchases are one-time payments processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or process credit card information directly; all transactions are encrypted.
- Once a license is activated, it is non-refundable.
For detailed return and refund information, please visit our Return Policy.
Delivery of Licenses
License keys and activation instructions are emailed within 12 hours of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your license within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us. Delivery may be delayed on weekends or holidays.
Post-Sale Support
We provide license activation assistance only; KEYSEMPIRE LLC handles all technical support related to activation. For general QuickBooks software issues, please visit the Intuit Support Page.
Return Policy
Our full return and refund policies for both QuickBooks licenses and bookkeeping sessions are available in our Return Policy.
Service Modification & Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime or errors beyond what is covered by Force Majeure.
Third-Party Links & Content
The Service may include links or references to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for their content or availability, and inclusion does not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party sites is at your own risk.

Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees incurred and any provisions that by their nature survive termination will remain in effect.
Entire Agreement & Assignment
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Devs Creative Studio, LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent, but we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
